Yoga is the training of calming the mind. It allows us to purify our body, mind & spirit. To cultivate a wider perspective and a much more rich and inclusive experience of life.

Private; Traditionally, a Yoga (asana) session was passed down directly one-on-one from teacher to student. In this way the benefits of the practice are much higher and noticeble as it is especially designed to the needs of the student. This session is a special gift to yourself, where it is all about you. Your pace. Your goals. To feel good within your body, to connect to your inner world, to learn to listen to all the answers that are there. To feel whole. Finally to integrate this practice also off the mat and in your daily life. Being Yoga.

 

Your private Yoga session

With a maximum of 2 people you will enjoy a custom made practice. We will have a conversation to discuss your health, bodytype and lifestyle beforehand in order to approach the session in a holistic way. Aside the Asanas (yoga postures) we will practice Pranayamas (breating exercises) and Meditation. Together with the influences of Ayurveda and Shamanism you will make a journey deep within, to go home refreshed and inspired to start/continue your practice.

Annuleringsvoorwaarden
Na het maken van een afspraak kan het gebeuren dat je de afspraak af moet zeggen. Is dit méér dan 24 uur van te voren, dan mag de afspraak kosteloos verplaatst worden.
Zeg je minder dan 24 uur voor de afspraak af, dan zijn wij genoodzaakt 50 euro in rekening te brengen.
